Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1966. Lives and works in Madrid. MFA and BA in Painting from Fine Arts Faculty of Lisbon. BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Classical University.
Exhibits regularly since 2010, developing his artistic practice between painting and installation. He has participated in several exhibitions, of which the following are worthy of mention: solo exhibition Vitapop, at the Gallery of the Joaquim Benite Municipal Theatre in Almada, integrated in the Theatre Festival (2015); solo exhibition Pharma Comics at MUTE Art Project, Lisbon (2015); The Tongue Project at the Gallery [CINCO] Contemporary Art, Cascais (2014); The Effects of the Green Kryptonite at the Geological Museum in Lisbon (2014); the itinerant painting exhibition Flesh and Steel, first shown at the Municipal Gallery Casa Mantero – Municipal Library in Sintra (2013), moving on to Má Arte Gallery in Aveiro (2014), ending up in Caldas da Rainha at Electricidade Estética Gallery (2014); Chemistry – the change of colours, Laboratório Gallery, Lisbon (2013); Chemicals, Drugs and Superpowers at the Bernardo Museum, Caldas da Rainha; Fátima Shop, at Lopes Store and Dead Paintings at Magética Gallery, both at P28, in Lisbon (2010).
Nascido na República Democrática do Congo, em 1966. Vive e trabalha em Lisboa. Mestrado e Licenciatura em Pintura pela Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa. Licenciado em Ciências Farmacêuticas pela Universidade Clássica de Lisboa, 1994.
Vice-president of Castelo D’If Association, 2015. Honourable Mentions from the Arts Contest, Lisbon (2010) and from the Fine Arts Salon of Coruche (2004). Grantee of Lisbon City Hall for a Artistic Residency in Hungary – Budapest Art Gallery (2001).
